Remarks: Extinct on Mauritius Island and probably also Round Island, the last stronghold of the species. Most recent records are from 1974, in spite of intensive searches in 2001 (Korsós & Trócsányi 2006).
Distribution: Mauritius (Coin de Mire, Round Island). Extinct.
