Remarks:
The origin of the only known species of this genus was considered unknown for more than 150 years, until Kucharzewski, Raselimanana, Wang & Glaw (2014)
showed that it was identical with the Madagascar species until then known as Pararhadinaea albignaci or, more recently, Exallodontophis albignaci.
