Remarks: Regarded as a synonym of Hypsirhynchus by Hedges, Couloux & Vidal (2009), but as a valid genus by Zaher, Grazziotin, Cadle, Murphy, Moura-Leite & Bonatto (2009) and Grazziotin, Zaher, Murphy, Scrocchi, Benavides, Zhang & Bonatto (2012).
Distribution: HispaniolaDominican Republic, Haiti), Jamaica.
