Contents: 8 species, all of which are endemic.
Endemism: 0% 100%
Remarks: Previously included the species now placed in the genus Thamnosophis. Glaw, Franzen & Vences (2005) erroneously stated that Dromicus sexlineatus Günther 1882 was the type species of Liopholidophis (Cadle & Ineich 2008).
