Contents: 1 species, which is endemic.
Endemism: 0% 100%
Remarks: Previously regarded as a synonym of Phelsuma (e.g., Schmidt 1933; Russell 1977). Considered a valid genus herein, following several authors (e.g., Röll 1999; Austin, Arnold & Jones 2004; Glaw, Köhler & Vences 2009; Rocha, Rösler, Gehring, Glaw, Posada, Harris & Vences 2010; Glaw & Rösler 2015).
Distribution: As for the single species.

Remarks: Presence in Namibia needs confirmation. There is a single record from Süd Witpütz, but no recent survey has confirmed that the species still occurs there (Bates & Branch 2018).
Distribution: South Africa (Northern Cape).
